What Video & TV review of the Profigold PGD481
This 1m phono-to-phono cable is for connecting a DVD player's coaxial bitstream output to a DTS/Dolby Digital decoder. The thick 75ohm coax cable is double insulated. Although digital interfaces are resilient to external influences, they tend to radiate a lot of noise that can cause trouble with analogue kit - double insulation helps prevent this. We found that the PGD481 certainly delivers the goods when used as a coaxial digital cable - Gladiator lost none of its impact or clarity. Good value for money. RATING: 9/10  The Profigold PGD481 is a must for any serious system.
