Video and Stereo Audio over Cat5e / Cat 6 extender balun set, can also be used for component video (no audio).
  • Extends composite video and stereo audio over CAT5e / CAT6 or higher network cable

  • Kit consists of both a transmitter and receiver unit.

  • Very easy to install - simply connect the cables (not supplied).

  • No power supply required.

  • Supports transmission distances of up to 600m*

    * Note: maximum transmission lengths are dependent on the application and the twisted pair cable used. This product has been tested to a maximum distance of 600m in a CCTV installation, using a single network cable between the transmitter and the receiver.

    Video Bandwidth: DC to 8MHz; Audio Bandwidth: 20Hz to 50KHz.
    Insertion Loss: ≤ 2dB over the frequency range from DC to 8MHz.
    Return Loss: ≥ 15dB over the frequency range from DC to 8MHz.
    Common Mode Rejection: ≥ 40dB at 8MHz.
    Video Impedance: 75 Ω; Audio Impedance: 600 Ω.

This device can transmit composite video and stereo audio signals, or component video, over CAT5e / CAT 6 or higher twisted pair cable up to a maximum distance of 600m*. Its compact design and easy installation make it ideal for corporate, education, CCTV and home cinema use or any other situation requiring AV distribution.
