A TV aerial cable is used for the connection between an aerial wall plate and the TV, if you have a Freeview box, VCR or DVD recorder
the aerial cable should connect to it first and then from this device to the TV. The connection from the wall plate to first device is always
male to male, connections from set top boxes, DVD recorders and VCRs are always female to male. When selecting your tv aerial cable you need to select the
correct plug configuration. We also have a range of couplers which allow the end of an existing cable to be changed eg from male to female.
Some cables are fitted with ferrite supressors (small block at the ends), these help to remove interference caused by RF signals and noisy equipment.
