Our range of 2.5m unshielded UTP violet patch cables are ideal for connecting networking equipment such as modems routers and switches, CAT6 cable is recommended for data rates up to 1000Mbps / 1Gbps (10/100/1000). RJ45 connectors fitted both ends with molded connector boots, ready to plug in and use.

CAT6 patch leads
CAT6 UTP leads are rated to 250MHz, giving Gigabit Ethernet plenty of headroom and supporting 10 Gigabit on shorter runs of around 55m. 24AWG conductors keep resistance low, which helps on longer leads and with PoE devices such as cameras and access points.
Choosing a lead
Choose PVC for general use or LSZH where low smoke cable is specified, snagless boots for busy patch panels, and colours to separate networks or device types.
