Choosing an extension strip

Extension strips add extra UK sockets where you need them. Choose the number of sockets (gangs), the cable length to reach the wall socket, and whether you need surge protection, individual switches or built in USB charging.

Keep the total load within 13A, and never plug one extension strip into another.

Rack PDUs

For server and network cabinets, a rack PDU mounts in the rack and provides UK or IEC C13 outlets, fed from a wall socket, UPS or dedicated 16A supply.
