Refunds |

Faulty items must be returned to us within
14 days of purchase for replacement or
refund. Faulty items will be refunded in
full plus the return delivery cost as
specified by ourselves. If you are uncertain
whether an item is faulty, please contact us
to discuss the item in question. Please
submit a return request before sending any
items back.

If
you are not satisfied with the products
supplied you may cancel the contract within 7 working
days from the day after delivery
for refund or exchange. Non faulty items
returned for refund or exchange must be
unused in their original packing, if they
are not returned in new condition a

delivery charge for non faulty items will
not be refunded and the customer is
responsible for return carriage charges of
these items. |
